INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I specialize in individual therapy for teens and adults. I find that this type of therapy allows for a deep working relationship to be formed. In this relationship we can bravely explore the parts of yourself that are hurting, the challenges you are facing in life and work to achieve the goals you have. I charge $150.00 for a 50 minute Individual Therapy session.

FAMILY THERAPY

Our challenges and patterns exist in relationship, especially in our immediate families. In family therapy you have the opportunity to explore your family relationships, patterns and communication in an intentional environment and with support. I charge $200.00 for a 50 minute Family therapy session.

ANIMAL ASSISTED THERAPY

I believe humans experience a different level of connection with animals, simpler in some ways and also more profound. Animals, and specifically, dogs offer complete unconditional acceptance and love that we often long for in our human relationships. As a certified therapist in Animal Assisted Human Health I incorporate my dog, Graceland, into my clinical practice. I find that Graceland provides additional opportunities for healing and transformation and a unique connection for clients as they explore the depths of their experiences. I offer Animal Assisted Therapy with individual client's only and charge $150.00 for a 50 minute session.

GROUP THERAPY

Sometimes growth is best supported in community. Group Therapy offers a safe place to come and work on yourself, together. Groups can provide the experience of validation, not feeling so alone, catharsis, support and much more. Group offerings vary, but please reach out if you would like to know more or are seeking a particular group. I charge $50 for a 60-minute Group Therapy Session.

PAYMENT

I am currently not paneled with any insurance companies and do not accept insurance. Please reach out with questions.

I accept direct payment from clients via credit card or cash. My standard fees for a 50-minute individual session is $150.00, for a 50-minute family session is $200.00 and for a 60-minute group session is $50.00.

I reserve several low cost spots for clients to support consistent access to care. Please call me to see what payment arrangements can be made. Accessible health care is a priority for me and I will do the best I can to make services available to you.
